本機採用電機驅動方式，使鑰匙連續進行“插入”、“退出”、“順時針旋轉”、“逆時針旋轉”等動作，直至達到一定的周期，評估鎖芯在該情況下的耐用性。它包括六種測試模式，客戶可以根據自己的需求自由選擇其中一種，還可以設置所有測試參數，如測試速度、旋轉角度/速度、測試週期等。觸摸屏設計讓操作更方便。
